Preview Starts 1PM Every Friday

All items sold As Is, Where Is without warranty, written or implied. It is the buyer's responsibility to preview!

All Sales are Final.

All sales are subject to 10% buyers premium.

Disputed bids will be settled by the Auctioneer.

All purchases must be removed from auction facility at time of purchase.

Large items(Furniture etc.) can be picked up the following morning between 9:00 and noon.

Any items abandonded will become the property of Westsound Auction and Estate Service.
