Auction Terms

10% Buyers Premium charged on all purchases

All sales must be paid in CASH before leaving and leave a $50.00/unit deposit.

All units will be cleaned out during business hours;

Time Allowed for Removal:

(9 AM to 6 PM Monday thru Saturday  &  10 AM to 5 PM Sunday)

1 Unit – 1 day to remove

2 Units – 2 days (Unless unit is larger than 10x21)

Beyond that you will need to make arrangements with the manage ment.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR OWN LOCK TO PUT ON UNIT THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED.

PLEASE REMEMBER that all personal items MUST be turned into the office or left in the unit for office to collect.  Personals are Pictures, Legal Documents, Letters, Mail, anything with their name on it.
