All items sold AS-IS/WHERE -IS without warranty, written or implied. It is the buyer's responsibility to preview!

All Sales are Final.

All onsite sales are subject to 10% buyers premium. Internet Bidders are subject to 18% buyers premium

Disputed bids will be settled by the Auctioneer.

All purchases must be removed from auction facility at time of purchase.

Large items(Furniture etc.) can be picked the following morning between 9:00 and noon.
