All Sales are Final.
All onsite sales are subject to 10% buyer's premium. All online bidders subject to 15% buyer's premium.
Disputed bids will be settled by the Auctioneer.
All purchases must be removed from auction facility at time of purchase.
Large items(Furniture etc.) can be picked the following morning between 9:00 and noon.
Any items abandonded will become the property of Westsound Auction and Estate Service.

Firearms Sales Terms, Conditions, Fees and Shipping
Fee schedule:
Antiques and transfers to be shipped are not to be charged a transfer fee.
Local Transfer: $25 per firearm for local purchases for processing state and federal forms.
Shipping and Handling: Purchaser will be billed a flat rate of $30.00 per firearm.
Firearms will not be transferred to the states of California, New Jersey, Hawaii, or the cities of Chicago, Illinois, or New York City, New York due to severe restrictions and complex laws. Please call the number listed for Celtic Armory if you have any questions regarding shipping.
All applicable state and federal forms and laws will be adhered to. Local purchasers are required to fill out the ATF 4473 (and WA FIR-652-001 for hand guns) as well as ATF multiple firearms form as applicable by law.
All firearms to be shipped are required to be received by a Class 01 or 07 FFL or a Class 03 FFL for C&R as applicable by firearm age and law. A copy of the receiving license is required prior to shipping. Licenses can be emailed to the above email address as a PDF (preferred) or a JPG so long as all names, addresses, expiration date and number are legible, or mailed to:

Out of state purchasers are required to ensure that the firearm is legal in their state and that all state and federal laws are complied with in their state.
All local transfers are to take place at the following office address on the Saturday after the auction or scheduled during regular business hours after that.

Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
All local hand gun transfers are required to adhere to a five (5) day waiting period that starts on the day the forms are filled out and mailed to the local LEO unless the purchaser has, on their person, a valid state Concealed Pistol License.
Active duty military who do not have a valid Washington Drivers License are required to present a valid military ID and a copy of their current orders along with their state drivers license.
Purchasers with a valid WA CPL are encouraged to bring this as it speeds up the transfer process by negating the requirement to call NICS to complete the back ground check.
