The new building is 3000 sq ft with exterior overhangs for storing equipment and 2 10ft wide roll up doors for loading in and out!

The entire facility is enclosed by an 6ft high Chainlink and Barbed wire fence! We are also going to install an alarm system on the building at the earliest possible time!

We will continue to store overflow in our private 2000 sq ft facility with Monitored Security and Fire Alarms and move them to the Auction Facility on Auction day.

The facility is located in Purdy and provides us with room to sort, clean and cataloque items prior to sale at Auction.
